We had a meeting today with Arch Jones to confirm the plans for the Bear Pick-up flyer. We also scheduled the time and date of the picture with Bruce D Bear. We will be checking with Maegan Dyson to see if the dates work with her as well.
The meeting for campus utilization is set for Thursday during X period.
